The Winston Lodge is situated at the far end and has the benefit of a large additional lawned area.

Perfect for a short break or longer stay. Offering peace and tranquillity in a beautiful  woodland setting within 60 acres of natural grounds but only a short drive from Lincoln or Newark.

• Living room: 42” Freeview smart TV, DVD player, Electric fire, French doors leading to a covered patio and seating area.
• Kitchen: Electric cooker and hobs, Microwave, Fridge, separate freezer in utility room, Dishwasher, washing machine.
• Shower room: large cubicle shower and toilet.
• Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed with 22″ TV with Ensuite
• Bedroom 2: Double bed with 22” TV
• Bathroom: Bath with Shower attachment and toilet.
