 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a weekend here with my daughter and her 2 dogs for abit if adult time . Stayed in oscar lodge .Beautiful lodge has everything you need for your stay . Had a lovely box of chocolate biscuits left for us and treats for the dogs. Very quite and beautiful surroundings with a bertie playpen for dogs definitely used by us and then onto the woodland walk. Excellent place to stay .would definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean, everything you need and a lovely easter egg and cakes left for our arrival. The alpacas are beautiful and the other wildlife. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have stayed here twice, first at Oscar Lodge and then Winston Lodge. Very nicely decorated and the accommodation is  exceptionally clean, well laid out and comfortable. The site is very quiet even though the main A46 road is only a short distance away making it easy to get to both Newark and Lincoln.  There is plenty of onsite parking behind an electric gate and the lodges are a short walk away from the parking area. The owner is very helpful if you have a problem. If you have a dog Birchdale Lodges is an ideal place to stay. Don't believe the 1 star review, check his review history and you will see he often leaves 1 star reviews. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and have recommended it many times.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely lodge but not really for kids no play caters more for dogs no shops unless you have a car a car is essential if going here I gave 5 because accommodation was excellent
