EXCELLENT Based on 30 reviews Martin23 February 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have stayed here twice, first at Oscar Lodge and then Winston Lodge. Very nicely decorated and the accommodation is exceptionally clean, well laid out and comfortable. The site is very quiet even though the main A46 road is only a short distance away making it easy to get to both Newark and Lincoln. There is plenty of onsite parking behind an electric gate and the lodges are a short walk away from the parking area. The owner is very helpful if you have a problem. If you have a dog Birchdale Lodges is an ideal place to stay. Don't believe the 1 star review, check his review history and you will see he often leaves 1 star reviews. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and have recommended it many times. Karen Biggin29 December 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Loved our stay at Oscar Lodge, already booked 3 lodges to return with family next year. Beatiful lodges, very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. My only suggestion is some hooks in the hall for hanging coats, especially if it's raining.
