This detached Lodge offers spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Perfect for a short break or longer stay. Offering peace and tranquillity in a beautiful  woodland setting within 60 acres of natural grounds but only a short drive from Lincoln or Newark.

All on the ground floor

  • Living room: 50” Freeview smart TV, DVD player, Stereo system, Electric fire, French doors leading to a covered patio and seating area.
  • Kitchen: Electric cooker, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, washing
    machine.
  • Bedroom 1: Double bed with 42” freeview TV
  • Bedroom 2: 2 small single beds, 22” TV
  • Bathroom: Bath with Shower over, toilet.

Sleeping 6, this large detached Lodge offers spacious and luxurious accommodation in a woodland setting.

This detached Lodge offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. The Winston Lodge is situated at the far end and has the benefit of a large
additional lawned area.

This Lodge is situated a little further down the private driveway, at the entrance to Birchdale Farm yard.
